Transportation tickets and accommodation vouchers are delivered via email or through our secure online platform. Customers access documents through their account or the confirmation email sent at the time of booking.
📦 Physical Shipping (Where Applicable)
Special items requiring physical delivery use reputable courier services. Delivery timelines and charges depend on the shipping destination and method selected at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications
Customers receive email notifications with processing details when a booking is confirmed. For physical shipments, tracking information is provided via email once the item has been dispatched.
Delays & Errors
Delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete customer information provided at booking.
- Payment verification issues.
- External factors such as airline schedule changes or weather disruptions.
- Force majeure events beyond VacMode's control.
VacMode Travels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds & Reshipments
Refunds for cancelled or undelivered services follow our Refund Policy. Physical reshipments are processed only if the item is reported undelivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
