Best 4-Star Hotels in Tokyo: Where We Actually Stayed (And What We'd Skip)

Nine hotels in four visits to Tokyo have been reviewed. We found Hotel Gracery to be well worth the price considering its great location. Two other hotels were tried, but will not be used again.
